It was implemented by hTC M8 in 2014. It's the originator of multi-camera smartphones.2012, May 20th: Google finished the MOTOROLA acquisition globally.Until merged with Google in mid of 2012, there were around 50 ID + UI designers in my Beijing design center. 2011 to 2012, I inherited a contracted base UI team with 5 designers in Brazil for LATAM local carrier UI requirements and UI concept developments. 2011 to 2012, I extended a design team with 4 designers in Taipei, mainly for the design communication with ODM companies and concept development for Motorola MMCP products.My team has been creating many excellent products, such as XT615 (MotoLux), Defy family products including DEFY II with IP67 waterproof function, XT319, EX226 and many feature phones in the worldwide market.Within 2012, Motorola MMCP sold more than 13M units of mobile phones in global markets, and 2011 year sold around 15M units mobile phones in global markets. It contributed over 50% volume of Motorola (MMI) products globally. Except for Alcatel own brand design, my team also designed for ODM business of many famous international 1st tier brands such as Vodafone, Orange, Yahoo, and Motorola.➢ 2008, the 2nd year of global economic crisis, TCL got the ODM business from Motorola through one of European carrier, I led my design team to design 12 Motorola WX series low tier phones working together with Moto CXD team. Sanjay Jha who was Motorola new CEO, he decided to consolidate all R&D resource to focus on the Android platform and stopped the rest of 5+ platforms. So at that time, there were only very few Motorola products available in the global market. The 12 WX products helped Motorola to go through the tough time and release the urgent of continued business losses in the global market.➢ 2005, TCL acquired ALCATEL brand in order to speed up the progress of internationalization. After 2 years to re-built global business and re-organization. I joined TCL to be creative design director in August 2007.
