-Manage 7 internal staff, about 10 contractors and over 40 volunteers and interns-Transitioned contract security staff into Guest Services Agents who both guard our exhibits and provide great customer service growing my internal team from 3 to 8 people-Manage Guest Services’ budget of approximately $200,000-Run museum’s four free days including managing.

Guest Services, school programs, group sales, membership, and volunteer supervisor. My job consists of working with most of the departments in museum operations at History Colorado to ensure operations at the museum run smoothly. I help manage about 10 front desk staff, over 30 volunteers and interns, and am the head of the El Movimiento community advisory.

Exhibit maintenance, guest experience, ticket and membership sales. Working closely with History Colorado, I ensured visitor satisfaction both in exhibits and at the front desk. I was awarded memorable employee in 2014. I helped maintain exhibits for daily use including cleaning, troubleshooting, and AV; set up for performances when scheduled; and I worked.

Called and talked to alumni about Colorado State University in hopes they would like to donate to the university. Had to have great communication skills and handle rejection while keeping an upbeat attitude.

Worked primarily with kindergarten and first grade. Helping in the classroom where needed. Mostly working with kids who did not finish previous work and helping kids who either needed extra attention or needed to be challenged more in their education.
