I am currently Director of the CDR Operations Team at the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner having previously worked in the CDR Accreditation team at the ACCC.I have extensive privacy, competition and consumer law and infrastructure regulation experience in Australia and the UK. Prior to working in the Consumer Data Right at the OAIC and the ACCC I was in the ACCC's enforcement division. I had returned to the ACCC from time as a lead specialist at the Pensions Regulator in the UK. My extensive experience includes the management of complex competition law investigations and litigation as well as regulatory and compliance experience in energy and telecommunication such as time as a case manager at Ofcom in London.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Competition Policy from Nottingham Trent University.
