As a Cloud Cost Manager at Arlo Technologies, I focus on all cost based activities driven on AWS.My focus has been on deepening my knowledge of our cloud implementation and processes while collaborating with the finance team to refine cost metrics for more accurate tracking and forecasting. I also oversee the progress of cost reduction initiatives, using dashboards to track the effectiveness and impact of technical updates. Additionally, I support analytics-driven projects to analyse usage behaviour and its implications on cloud cost. With a recent reorganisation, I will be transitioning into a new role within the data team, further broadening my expertise.

Following the Broadcom acquisition of VMware, I transitioned into a full-time role within Broadcom’s Systems and Governance team.My primary focus has been on supporting VMware’s pricing and packaging processes within legacy systems, while strategically planning for the migration to Broadcom’s Oracle-based systems. Additionally, I have taken an active role in delivering CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and OEC (Oracle Engagement Cloud) training to regional sales operations teams through a mix of online sessions, recorded content, and a dedicated week of in-person training. After being promoted to Senior Pricing Analyst, I continued to manage international pricing strategies and analyze market trends while expanding my responsibilities. I played a key role in supporting the creation of an attribute-based pricing tool as part of VMware’s ERP migration to S4 HANA, ensuring that pricing requirements were represented throughout the process. I contributed to user and process design, working cross-functionally to implement a robust product hierarchy within PriceFX that supported international pricing, analytics capabilities, and enhanced UI/UX.This role further strengthened my expertise in pricing systems, process optimization, and large-scale digital transformation projects.The pending acquisition of VMware by Broadcom led to a shift in my priorities toward integration activities. I guided Broadcom in aligning VMware’s pricing model and requirements with their systems, providing key insights into our existing processes to support integration planning. I also contributed to end-of-sale activities to ensure a smooth transition post-acquisition, demonstrating my ability to manage complex pricing and operational changes during times of significant organizational transformation.
