Work included unit tests, JSON architecture for linking application routes to relevant UA content, and a DITA-OT plugin to generate the UA content.Created a new DITA-sourced HTML5 help system using responsive design principles, jQuery, and AJAX loading of content. Created and maintained DITA Open Toolkit plugins, Ant builds, and automated build scripts for help systems and PDFs. Led conversion of FrameMaker documentation to DITA. Wrote topic-based help and user guides for the WebAssign online learning system. Completely rewrote and expanded WebAssign Creating Questions Guide with a task-based orientation. Contributed new user interface text with input from the user experience team and product management.
