This involves calling potential new clients to inform them of our company's capabilities and expertise in the construction industry. Relationship building the main focus in order to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. The other side of this involves attracting, screening and hiring new employees to perform the duties requested by our clients.Operations Duties:- Invoicing- Allocation of Workers- LogisticsOperational duties extremely broad. Range from overseeing of invoicing to clients, allocation of workers to jobs and logistical challenges involved with ensuring both worker and client needs are met given the geographical scale of Sydney.Currently involved in the expansion of the company to servicing the Brisbane area as well as Sydney.
