I am responsible for delivering and installing televisions and home theater systems to customers’ homes and teaching them how to use and operate the equipment. I am responsible for running low voltage cable and coaxial cable through walls, installing the components and testing the television and theater system for proper operation. I trouble shoot and repair problems that customers might have with existing components.

The job required pinning, routing and terminating wires per schematic, by soldering or mechanically installing the cables/wires to and from the main box to small control boxes. We built and wired electrical circuit boards by mechanically terminating or soldering the ends of the wires to the components. I built the cables on which I installed male and female connectors for termination on various control boxes. I performed pin out, continuity, and resistance inspections on all wiring. I trouble shoot and tested and installed the programs into the completed machine to ensure that it was built to specifications prior to shipment to the customer. I am familiar with many types of tooling and equipment required for electronic assembly.

Delivered cabinets to homes and business’s and helped stock the finished product.
