Manage development of existing and new products inline with the Product Portfolio Managers direction and roadmap. Ensure team and system processes are in place to support current and future projects to be developed and delivered in line with best practice development techniques. Ensure products are delivered to market as specified and to a high standard.

Gather technical and functional requirements for systems on desktop and web platform. Capture system requirements through analysis of business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Re-engineer business processes through thorough data analysis and data mapping. Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather and confirm requirements as well as showcase solutions and potential options to ensure a common understanding across business units. Work with the scrum team to follow BDD principles and conduct team meetings (release planning, sprint kick off, sprint review, retrospectives and daily scrum meetings)

Work closely with business users and other stakeholders to elicit requirements, manage and refine requirements, translate requirements into user stories, create and execute test plans, create system documentation and process flow diagrams, develop project timelines . Manage a team of developers and the development process of new systems using Agile methodology. Oversee new system implementations and manage enhancement requests.

Operate as a member of an international project team to facilitate the roll out of new eCommerce systems across the Asia-Pacific Region. Create and execute manual and automated test plans. Conduct testing across all phases of deployment including Unit, Integration and Regression Testing. Participate in the SCRUM process and provide input to spring planning.

Design and develop systems using .NET and SQL technologies in line with business needs. Develop BI and reporting systems for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop system solutions using ASP.NET and VB.NET. User support and system maintenance for both hardware and software environments.
