Junior Systems Administrator duties: Assign, monitor, and maintain User/Group account roles and permissions using Active Directory; Assign, monitor, and maintain User/Group mailboxes on Microsoft Exchange Server; Monitor the event viewer in Windows 2003 Server/Windows 2008 R2 Server for any critical errors; Install and manage server room hardware (Servers/Switches/UPS/WiFi/Firewall/Juniper VPN and Backup Devices); Manage multiple Virtual Server Environments through VMware vSphere 5.1; Configuration/Administration of network properties (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Help Desk Analyst duties: Perform all Tier 1 Support and some Tier 2 Support; Manage Help Desk ticket escalation to Tier 2/Tier 3 Support; Provide Phone/Remote support to 100+ users.PC Technician duties: Provide desktop support for 50+ users through installation, configuration, and trouble shooting of workstations; Deployment of new Workstations/Printers/FAX/IP Phones; Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems (XP/Vista/Windows 7), applications, and drivers; Provide hardware support by maintaining Workstation/Network equipment, including fault diagnosis on the LAN/WAN/Workstations/Servers/Printers/Fax/IP Phones.
