- Production scheduling, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse - CNC/ABC-CAM/Alpha CAM Programing for Biesse Rover series- Worked with clients drawings and ideas to produce sample products for their approval before going into production- Provided training and technical support for all machine operators- Maintenance and mechanical repairs of all machinery, including but not limited to Biesse series Rover CNC, Homag and IMA edge banders, Biesse and Homag panel saws- Ensuring employees operate equipment as trained and that they maintain machinery in optimum condition through routine and basic preventative maintenance- Inventory control and ordering of tooling/machine parts and shop materials for daily production- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all completed work- Payroll and employee reviews- Shipping/Receiving/Forklift duties - Joint Health and Safety committee member for over 6 years, responsible for warehouse and employee safety standards being met as outlined by the Joint Health and Safety code

- CNC Programing/Operation on Biesse Rover 35, Rover 345, Rover 321 and Rover 18- Panel Saw Programing and operation on Selco WNT and WNA series - Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all completed work
