At Zurple what I do is talk to realtors that are using several different marketing strategies to generate buyer leads. I educate them the best way to convert the leads by personal communication vs drip emails. I then take a look at all there marketing and what return they are getting to figure out what is worth keeping and what needs to be let go. Then I set them on on Zurple to help them convert their leads by having the right timing and messaging with each lead to ensure the agent dose not miss the opportunity. The main goal it to see what the agents are doing and educate them on how to create conversation with there leads.
At Z57 i was a internet sales rep that would cold call out bound non clients for the 3 years. We would analyze there marketing see what they are doing right and what they weren't. Then I would coach them on the Z57 software and how that would help there internet presence if they were to follow the coaching strategy.
At American Eagle I worked for one of the buyers agents helping him with lead follow up, lead generation, open houses and other marketing material to generate more prospects.
