I am passionate person and believe in doing what you love. I am self-motivated and work well within teams and through remote collaboration. I have a multi-faceted skillset in the workplace, and I enjoy that this allows me to spend my time in many different areas. My skillset includes people management and community management, customer service & support. I also have a great passion for marketing, graphic design and web design, and have worked every role within the printing and graphic design industries. For over 7 years I managed an Apple Computer Authorized Support facility as the President of Operations. I enjoyed managing teams of people and personally oversaw all of the companies marketing, web design and social media. In my personal life, I enjoy using essential oils and aromatherapy to de-stress, unwind and keep me ready for another eventful day. In 2020, I was blessed to have my career path and personal interests collide when I was offered a position with the Tisserand Institute, the leading authority on essential oil safety training within the Aromatherapy industry. I work for them as a Student Community Manager & Customer Service where I oversee our large student body, handle support requests, manage social media and moderate our courses and events. My skillset in design has also allowed me to assist in the design implementation of many resources for the Tisserand InstituteI also have great pride in being a collector of all things Neopets, and enjoy interacting with the large online community in my free time. I hope to get more involved with Neopets in the future.
