I built a nice portfolio of rental properties, but my quest to learn and grow continued. In 2021, I founded Hampshire Capital, LLC and grew the company to $300MM+ of multifamily AUM and over 2,500 units in the growth markets from TX to the Carolinas..I’m commonly asked what I would recommend to new investors or busy professionals that would like to move away from Wall Street and begin investing in real estate.
