In charge of the deployment of an Inventory management solution for the European restaurants of the group.Objective: allow franchises to manage and reduce their foodcost.- Work in close coordination with IT, Supply, Marketing and Operations to collect the datas.- Enter the datas in the system Inventory Management (previously MyInventory). - Set Up the tool- Train franchisees and company's representatives on the use of the tool- Test the system on pilot restaurants- Deployment

Attached to the head of Finance :- Business Intelligence analysis.- Optimisation of the business datas, update and send the Weekly Sales Report to the group's representatives- Management control : help on the 2019 BUD reforecast

Attached to the Head of the Credit Management Department (team of 8 people) my main tasks are to :• Control the risk of trade receivable and reduce the WCR by promoting credit policy within the department.• Conducting risk studies as part of the renewal / creation of a credit line. > making a thorough diagnosis of the 200 client's financial situation. > drafting risk opinions and recommending possible modifications concerning payment conditions, deadlines and guarantees in order to reduce the risks.• Supervising the "France Industry" business customers' portfolio (more than 2000 B2B customers). > treatment of customers' financial news (changes in financial health, collective procedures, change in shareholding, payment incident, etc.) and anticipating the measures to be considered to recommend claims.• Organization of the quarterly credit committees working of the aging balance : preparation and animation of meetings of 25 - 30 people.

• External data analysis : market studies, competitors and manufacturers benchmark. Internal data analysis: sales data studies, ranges profitability analysis, reporting by zone/country.• Coordination with the subsidiaries in terms of strategic marketing (analysis / range management), as well as in terms of operational marketing (creation of ad campaigns and various marketing tools - video below realised by me).• Creation of a lifecycle analysis tool for the TOTAL Lubricants products for the 160 subsidiaries in Excel using macros (VBA).

Mission: Provide Business Intelligence to our clients in 4 continents • Develope the firm's activity in the Egyptian market by selling advertising contracts (B2B), finding partners and barters. • Analyse the market datas and define sales potential ; prepare for and conduct face-to-face interviews with senior executives • Train and supervise secretary• Present the project to all interested parties and anyone or any organization deemed necessary to participate in the success and exposure of the project to reach sales target • Establish and execute a business strategy with the team (4 people)• Manage the advertising, partnership, barter, distribution agreements and all related negotiations after any meeting until agreement completion• Ensure PR activities and the presence of TOGY in relevant events and exhibitions
