I was able to grow territory revenue in my most recent position by over 200%, worked as mentor to new BDM's across Canada, filled in to work in empty territories across the country in the past 2+ years to help grow sales, revenue and branding nationally. Have been a representative at numerous National and International conferences as well, also I have recently been awarded back to back years of being identified as a top 20 Business Development Manager in the very competitive travel industry in 2018 and 2019 while proudly representing Collette in Atlantic Canada as voted by travel professionals across the country - Baxter Travel media - Agents Choice Awards.I have now over 9 years experience in outside sales in both B2C & B2B, was a successful office manager for over 18 months, digital marketing, operations, and advertising sales. Set up strong long running relationships through having a well maintained customer database and proactive approach to continuing to enhance each and every relationship to grow revenue.Was recruited from Australia to StFX University and played a successful 5 year Basketball career for the StFX X-Men, under Coach Steve Konchalski - Awarded numerous awards: tournament all star, coaches award and most recently was team captain in my senior year. Honoured to receive the 'Lloyd Knickle Leadership Award' in 2015 and was also awarded the "StFX Community X-Cellence Award" winner – 2015 for outstanding community contributions throughout my 5 years. Was also elected Co-President of the S.A.L.T. (Student Athlete Leadership Team) by my fellow athletes from all teams. Sales is an area I have a strong passion for, and success in not only driving revenue growth but also creating and fostering long lasting relationships and branding, I have a drive to continue to succeed and exceptional work ethic.
