The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) is a regional organization established in 2010 as a joint initiative by the European Commission and Western Balkans Administrations.As a Senior Expert engaged at ReSPA I was responsible for analysing ReSPA's Contact Management systems and processes, and providing recommendations for:- the centralisation of those systems / processes- enhancing ReSPA's Contact Management and Outreach capabilities.As part of this work I reviewed document management and information management initiatives within ReSPA, including meetings with the European Commission's Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations.
