Elected by the ASF Board to serve as Chair; with very big shoes to fill, I work to help the ASF's internal governance improve and scale to meet our future to better serve all Apache project communities for the public good.

As an active shareholder of the ASF, I work collaboratively to help with governance and mentoring of many Apache projects, including conference planning, podling and community mentoring, and clearly documenting Apache-wide guidelines and organization.Most interesting responsibility: scaling and channeling volunteer energy into efficient ways to provide.
