I worked with Wells Fargo as a senior mortgage professional. My responsibilities included developing business relationships with professionals in the financial and real estate fields. One of my most valuable traits was genuinely caring for clients and relationships. During my time at Wells Fargo I became one of the top mortgage professionals in my market for volume, service and profitability to the company while receiving numerous awards from 2001 to 2011. 2003 - Joined the Mortgage 100 team (Wells Fargo affiliate) working in their real estate office for 3 years focusing on quality relationships with my customers. 2006 - Joined the Colorado Mortgage Alliance (another Wells Fargo affiliate) and started working from multiple Remax Alliance locations to create capture in the offices. In the 5 years I worked with the joint ventures, I raised the capture rate from 3% to over 40% as a result of my teams hard work, honoring and respecting my partners, being extremely accessible while providing my clients, both realtor and consumer with a variety of products. 2010/2011 - 5280 Award Winner for outstanding service.
