About Shane Decoste

We are a family-owned, wholesale Christmas Tree farm, operating on land that has been in my family for 3 generations. The farm started in 2021 as a side project and is now my main "passion project" since retiring in 2023. Lakeridge Christmas Tree Farms is a mixture of natural regeneration and planted Nova Scotia Balsam Fir nursery stock. Did you know it takes 10-12 years to grow a 6-7' Christmas Tree? Our trees will be predominantly for the United States to meet the growing demand for Real Christmas Trees. Our operations are fully sustainable, planting new trees annually.
