• Manage a team of engineers who are responsible for the company wide automation development.• Direct and manage the reliability group who are responsible for the testing of all company products.• Oversee the certification group who are responsible for all product certifications.• Manage the system design group which is responsible for the design, support and integration of all products.

• Developed prototype custom automation equipment for the manufacturing of photovoltaic cells/modules.• Advanced the SLIVER solar cell technology by developing new and innovative manufacturing processes.• Analyzed and created feasibility studies which included industrial robotics, machine vision and custom automation.• Programmed, installed and commissioned multiple robotic systems which included both six axis and high speed pick and place robots.• Performed robotic simulations for the analysis of cycle time and robot integration.• Managed multiple automation projects which reduced the capital expansion budget by tens of millions of dollars.• Managed contracts with external vendors for the supply of robotic and custom automation equipment.

Project Manager• In charge of managing scope, schedule, and costs for multiple manufacturing and process projects. This includes interfacing and developing relationships with the customer to ensure a successful project for both parties. Robotics System Engineer• Design, test and install industrial robotic applications for the packaging and food industry.• Specialize in high sanitary design implementation. • Analyze packaging\production lines for improvements in line efficiency and performance. • Model and design conceptual robotic cells utilizing SolidWorks and RobotStudio.• Create and setup live demonstrations utilizing various robots to determine feasibility of robotic projects.

Robotics System Engineer• Design, test and install industrial robotic applications for a wide variety of industries.• Perform and develop risk assessments for the safety of robotic cells in accordance with ANSI/RIA R15.06.• Model and design conceptual robotic cells utilizing SolidWorks and RobotStudio.• Create and setup live demonstrations utilizing various robots to determine feasibility of actual robotic projects. Project Coordinator• Responsible for managing all DCS projects relating to systems integration and robotics. This includes managing the integration team which consists of 5 system integrators with varying backgrounds. Estimating/Quoting• Interact with current and future customers to assess needs and propose new projects that will save cost and automate current systems.Control System Engineer• Served as Project Lead for numerous DCS projects. These projects range from simple one panel control systems to complete boiler management processes.

Project Manager • Managed, designed, and assembled the first nuclear low-level assay QED. Took project from paper design through manufacturing, assembly, testing, software development and delivery to customer.• Managed complete design and installation of nuclear low level mobile assay laboratory.• Responsible for complete assembly, testing and installation of nondestructive assay equipment around the world.• In charge of software development for the Tomographic Gamma Scanner.• Accountable for designing and developing multiple complex hardware projects.• Managed and developed software projects for outside customers.Programmer• Developed complete software packages for the Tomographic Gamma Scanner.• Implemented quality assurance plans using customer’s functional requirements.• Responsible for maintaining NQA-1 / ISO-9001:2000 quality assurance documentation.

Electrical Engineer• Worked with a team to test and troubleshoot the Electronic Control Module for the solar array wings on the International Space Station.

• Developed and manufactured energy efficient pathway lighting using photovoltaics.• Collected and analyzed building efficiency data.
