Executive Assistant to the President/CEO - Assists the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks. Managing an active calendar of appointments; Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, and proposals; preparing and coordinating oral and written communication.Webmaster – I maintain websites and servers to meet user needs. Advises the commander on all aspects of training, discipline, and welfare of 75 Soldiers, Non-commissioned, and commissioned officers. I am responsible for the professional development of all enlisted personnel. Serves as quality assurance for all travel, temporary duty, and pay and allowance vouchers for all Soldiers within my scope of responsibility. I am responsible for the medical readiness of all personnel under my supervision through scheduling medical and dental appointments, screening immunizations requirements, and ensuring all appointments are kept. I manage all administrative functions including, awards, evaluations, pay, promotions, training requirements, and daily taskings. Ensures that standards of appearance and function of personnel barracks and administrative buildings are maintained at all times. Supervises the accountability and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment valued at over 67 million dollars. Coordinates daily with numerous outside agencies to develop a team of professionally designed to assist in preparing Soldiers for their missions.

Perform inspection and evaluation on customer returns that include but not limited to analyze and reviews of all the documentation and process of the product per the customer request. Analyze and review work orders to make sure that the task to perform is in accordance with the company procedure and policy. Use tools such as digital multimeters, oscilloscope, milliohm meter, cirris tester, calipers, and height gauges. Perform inventory of parts and hardware that is required for the repair. Perform production assembly inspections. Assemble, test, and troubleshoot International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) certified electronic units for Aviation, Transportation, and Defense (ATD) products. Work with Engineers to resolve production and depot maintenance issues. Assist in the training and development of less experienced technicians. Ability to multitask and able to comply with priorities before deadlines. Assist in establishing new and effective processes of old and new builds.
