The Graduate Assistant (GA) for the Residential First-Year Experience assists in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives focused on first year students living in the residence halls. The responsibilities include: development and implementation of resources that support first-year students in the residence halls, advising community council, adjudicating policy violations, and assisting in the supervision of resident advisor staff.
