I have nearly 10 years of service in the Emergency Medical industry, 8 of which are in the Emergency Dispatch field. As an Emergency Dispatcher, I have dispatched and been directly involved with countless emergencies, including the ambulance response to the October 1st, 2017 tragedy. Over the years, I have gone through the ranks of being a shift lead, trainer and my current role of Administrative Supervisor. I even did a 3 month stent as the Interim Manager of the Las Vegas Communications Center while we went through a drastic leadership change. As a Communications Center Supervisor, I have also been integral to developing and updating our training program and documentation, developing and implementing both a Continuous Quality Improvement Program and a reference and notification dashboard for employees of the Communications Center and even other parts of the local operation. I am open to continuing a career in Emergency Communications, but I am also open to expanding my horizons towards a passion of mine, Information Technology.
