Primary Function: Lead the creative execution of innovative, trend setting products and personalized designs across our roster of brands. Partner with marketing and product (web operations) to ensure on-brand, user friendly web experiences. Serve as creative quality control for all customer facing marketing efforts and consumer experiences.Job Duties:• Lead the development of innovative, personalized products leveraging in-house production capabilities and new technologies.• Review and refresh existing personalized products to ensure market viability and improve sale performance.• Work with merchandising and inventory planning on the development of new products.• Collaborate with business leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experience• Managed budgets, teams, timelines, and projects while working across several departments• Has the ability to keep up with new creative technologies and analyze new trends and data• Presents and effectively communicate how a creative vision will help achieve goals• Oversees creative team to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client presentations. Train and supervise assigned team,; oversees their execution of all creative efforts to insure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule• Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with company guidelines and objectives• Facilitates and promote company initiatives and values throughout the team.Qualifications:• An intimate understanding of brand strategy, design, copy and web best practices/guidelines• Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, etc.• Excellent leadership skills• Excellent communication skills• A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts• Comfort interacting with internal staff alike• Strong persuasive skills
