Senior Business Development Manager
Current- To lead the Business Development team.- To develop and manage the Society’s business development strategy and make recommendations for change to products and criteria to sustain the Society’s competitive edge.- Identify and develop new business relationships to support the overall achievement of the Society’s gross mortgage lending expectations.- Design and host events for groups of intermediaries, networks and mortgage clubs.- Offer expert and detailed advice and guidance to intermediaries, networks and mortgage clubs on the Society’s lending policy and criteria.- Build and maintain a good understanding of key competitor products and criteria and identify opportunities for product or lending criteria development.- Compilation of business performance and activity reports for the Head of Operations.- Represent the Society at nationwide external events.
