I'm Shane, a 33 year old who has recently relocated to Stockholm, Sweden. I have spent the majority of my working life providing customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders, taking opportunities throughout my career to gain experience and upskill so I can improve my ability to form great Customer relations.I am now employed at findcourses.co.uk as a Customer Success manager, this is a fantastic opportunity where I can put all that I have learned throughout my career and apply it to an industry that is new to me.I am driven by new challenges and experiences, especially when it comes to technology which I have a professional and personal passion for.
