Thus, WebOps has shifted focus to cloud-neutral digital initiatives.As Product Owner at WebOps my role is to help lead a redesign initiative of our medical logistics application. I serve as the connector between engineering and our customers. My focus is accurately mapping the customer's painpoints with a outcome-driven mindset to drive alignment and shared understanding of the opportunity space with engineers.Some of my responsibilities include:+ Establish, develop and evolve the team’s Agile methodology and workflow to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to best practices.+ Own and manage the backlogs, prioritizing based on changing requirements, market conditions, and stakeholder input.+ Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.+ Partner with engineering to define user stories and acceptance criteria clearly and precisely, ensuring they meet the needs of users and are technically achievable.+ Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, discuss capabilities and potential trade-offs, and facilitate decision-making. Understand technical debt backlog and advocate for proper prioritization of remediation.+ Measure and report on the progress of the product development process using appropriate metrics, such as sprint burn-down charts, deployment frequency, lead time, and MTTR.+ Advocate for the end user by integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis from UX Architecture into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
