CurrentOversees Project Management, Operations including labor (full time, part time, and freelance), logistics, warehousing and our Large Venue Partner Relationships, convention centers. I work closely on building our teams, finding and placing the right people into the right roles. I work with our management team on how we service our large scale local and traveling events from concept through completion and every step in between. With our operations we streamline and continually look for ways to improve efficiency in both labor, logistics, and warehousing and inventory management solutions for our HQ, regional warehouses, and onsite storage at our properties. I work with and administrate our inventory, rental, and communication software systems. Working it IT admins on deployment and best practices.Most importantly, I surround myself with the smartest and strongest players in the industry, put them to work and let them do what they do best. Production Designers, Project Managers, Operational Leaders, Property Managers, Directors of Services, and Technicians of all skill sets are a part of the teams that I am privileged to lead and direct to produce outcomes.
