Working with current and new vendors on obtain best price and quality for our product line.~ Manufacturing our product. Making custom O-ring from O-ring cord stock. Troubleshooting problem with parts and machinery. ~ Develop business opportunities with current and new customers.~ Growing overall sales with existing and new customers.~ Managing inside sales and warehouse staff. Training new employees with internal training manual.~ Multitasking projects and daily tasks.~ Updating marketing team on content to add to website, emailers, blogs.~ Health and safety for our product and workplace safety

E-marketing responsibilities: Maintaining the CRM database, processing and distributing email leads (sources such as: website, emailers, industrial search engines...) and developing contact lists for marketing campaigns.• Assists in the creation of marketing materials , including but not limited to interactive media, email campaign management, search engine marketing, online promotions, press releases, and affiliate marketing, in order to maximize Daemar's business/marketing objectives• Responsible for all e-marketing campaign set up and execution including artwork creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign)• Work under tight deadlines • Assist in the creation of print media (catalogues, flyers and promotional items)• Work with Sales to identify products, customer segments and industries to target with marketing campaigns.• Provides insight into campaign analysis and optimization• Assist in maintenance of Daemar websites.• Assist in maintaining the CRM database.CSR-Supervisor :•Inside sales•Customer Service• Assisting with customers request from phone calls/e-mails/faxes. • Answer high volume of calls• Multi task between orders from calls/faxes/e-mails•assist the outside sales rep with day to day tasks.•Enter customer's quote into Daemar's crm platform.
