During my career I have been fortunate to experience working with a wide range of companies in varied industries from local/state government, health and higher education through to construction, manufacturing and financial services. While I have a deep technological understanding, my focus as a client facing representative is to increase my understanding of customer businesses and work with leaders within the business to gain a better appreciation of the challenges they have to deal with, define their goals, and finding creative ways to help them achieve their desired outcomes – whether through technological solutions or process optimisation. My personal philosophy around sales is that successful, long term customer engagements are built on relationships. Confidence within the customer that their success is the highest priority of their business partners. I am not just sales representatives, I am a coach and consultant which is why I continually research to maximise results for my customers. As a trusted advisor for my customers, it is paramount that I understand their business operations and requirements so that I can take a holistic approach to selling solutions and services ensuring the best result, minimizing risk and providing the best value for money.
