Currently, I lead a team of 20 across six time zones, overseeing recruitment, strategy, and operations in marketing, design, and automation. I helped grow the business division to $3M in revenue with a 39% gross profit and 17% net profit margin in 2022.Previously, at the U.S. Green Building Council, I co-led the vision, brand, and product management for USGBC’s social equity framework. I developed a "go-to-market" strategy for social equity initiatives, trained staff and brand ambassadors, and managed marketing campaigns for sectors like non-profits, affordable housing, and vulnerable neighborhoods. The program trained 424+ leaders, educated 2,000+ community members, and impacted over 8.5M sq. ft. of real estate.I co-founded BOULD, a B Corporation focused on green job training in affordable housing. I scaled programming to 12 locations, trained 600+ professionals, supported LEED certification for 60+ projects, and raised $200K in seed investment.
