About Shane Hoffman
I never wanted to be a software developer until my senior year in highschool. The simple recommendation of a video from Youtube's algorithm changed my whole career path.I immediately fell in love with programming. It was satisfying to visually see the output of something I created with a few lines of code. Throughout high school I resold shoes, clothes, and retail items. My new passion for coding led me to merge my hobbies and start creating "reselling" related programs. This included simple Discord bots, web-scraping scripts and an inventory tracking software.Rutgers has been guiding me to learn, adapt, and problem solve my way through most of my Computer Science degree. I am always looking to better myself by learning new languages and keeping up with current trends.
