Shane currently manages the team of Partner Development Representatives at RealScout. He's also in charge of sales operations, where he drives revenue growth for a variety of the companies revenue streams. Additionally, he advises and consults real estate brokerages to help them achieve growth in the face of new competitive threats. Since joining RealScout in early 2018, Shane has assisted in the growth of the company sales org and has helped drive partnerships with leading independent and franchise brokerages representing 1000,000+ agents nationwide. Before joining RealScout, Shane grew his experience as both a real estate practitioner and as an early employee at the data-driven marketing startup SmartZip, where he established new partnerships and helped build a new vertical for the company.
