Duties included• Management of employees• Business strategy and policy development, budget handling• Front-of-shop help desk duties such as handling IT service calls escalated by the team members. Included diagnosis of faults, fixing faults, logging jobs in CRM and advising customers of results.• Account Management duties such as development of major clients, growing the business, ensuring customer expectations were exceeded in terms of service delivery. Also included proactively seeking new clients, negotiating rates, coordinating the implementation of services and following up with assessments and periodic reviews.• Liaising with external vendors and partners, ensuring smooth business transactions, improving profit for all parties, working towards joint business goals
