During my time at Outstanding Auto I took on numerous roles and was the staple for the new used car dealership - Outstanding Auto INC. I handled almost all of the business dealings within and outside of the organization. Some of my tasks included: working with local counties to learn and adhere to zoning ordinances /laws, working with contractors to align bids and picking the most cost effective avenue, working with numerous Department of Transportation offices to setup the proper legal environment, coordinating finances and assist with business plan development, among many more tasks.

Being in a competitive market is incredibly fun and while Verizon's market share in this region is abysmal; this provides me with a tremendous opportunity to be a part of a big and positive change. As an account manager, I assist both consumer and business customers with their wireless needs. The needs to be satisfied are diverse and include: troubleshooting, understanding implementation of new plans and its effects on your bill(s), assisting with finding the right product(s) for you or your business, as well as being accessible to you 24/7. Cellphones are an asset and in today's world, it's my job to help ensure your journey of connectivity is seamless.

I take on a multitude of roles as a sales manager including: building brand awareness, creating new partnerships between financial institutions and the dealership, managing inventory, maintaining customer retention, managing customer relations (both online and offline), create one-of-a-kind vehicle descriptions for every product, social media engagement, among other duties. I have created my own goals for the dealership and our sales along with consumer awareness have increased exponentially since I have been on board.

I was a salesman and worked my way up from being an assistant manager to the detail department. I was the first person in Wilson Toyota history to move from the detailing department to the sales floor. I was afforded an opportunity to deal with customers on a different level and learn more about the psychology behind buyer's motivation and I loved it. I was also heavily involved in the technology aspect and helping the other salesman with learning technology.
