I am a dynamic consultant, facilitator, trainer, and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience in the fields of Organizational Performance, Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement. My professional focuses include organizational change, the performance of leaders, high-performance teams, culture change, facilitation and strategic planning and a never-ending passion for employee engagement practices. Inspired by the generational shift in the early 2000s labour force, I saw that the changes that would be brought about by this coming labour shift would lead to a demand for talent (skilled labour). To attract and retain talent in a very competitive market for their services, organizations would need to invest in their leaders and strategically focus on employee engagement practices. This was the genesis for New Quest Consulting Group, which I founded in the early 2000s. In 2024, after three years of double-digit growth, we rebranded and changed the name of our firm to New Quest Consulting Group (www.newquestcg.com) to better represent our growing list of clients and the continued expansion of our core services. Today, our firm has become a leader in organizational development strategies, human resources, leadership and employee development programs, employee engagement practices, and organizational performance. I am proud of our team and the incredible work we do at New Quest Consulting Group. Personally, I balance my time managing the growth of the firm and continue to work on key client projects. Even after twenty-plus years, I continue to remain passionate in my work - facilitating executive and senior leadership teams, performance coaching senior leaders, working closely with clients on medium to large-scale change projects, helping our clients with strategy development and working with the New Quest team in developing customized leadership programs that truly provide leaders with the resources they need to exceed in their roles. I also still find the time to travel to give keynotes, presentations, and workshops, sharing research results, insightful solutions, and ideas for leaders and organizations when it comes to developing high-performance teams, departments and organizations.
