I have a passion for effectively translating practical objectives and concerns into effective and clear contract language, and for clearly communicating the real world implications of contract language to my clients. I have worked with clients to negotiate and documents complex commercial loan transactions, asset purchase agreements, real estate sale contracts, leases, service agreements, intellectual property license agreements, dispute settlements, and many other types of commercial agreements.
