Shane’s experience in the engineering field includes managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, including obtaining entitlements, approvals, permits and construction of public and private infrastructure on projects ranging from planned unit developments, mixed use, subdivisions, multi-family, and commercial sites. Additionally, his experience includes highway construction inspection on ODOT projects and plan review and coordination for private and public projects with Washington County. Shane is passionate about improving processes to increase efficiencies, as well as sustainability and a desire to implement emerging technologies to improve systems and the communities in which we live. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter who are actively involved in scouting, theater, and soccer. He also enjoys spending time serving at their church and completing DIY projects around the house
