To address this, our members and mentees will utilize this program to create change, connect with positive mentors, define their own futures, gain access to resources, and embrace who they are. Our goal is to develop a space where life skills, self esteem building, problem solving, conflict resolution, decision making, relationship building, and goal setting is being poured into all young women of color on a consistent basis.
