It was through her example that he understood the growth that comes with property ownership.After purchasing his first home at twenty-two, he became fascinated by the buying and selling process: the variety, the architecture, the emotions, the excitement, and the unexpected. Shane’s intimate knowledge of Portland’s neighborhoods, experience working with all types of homes from the mountains to the Oregon coast, as well as relocating and buying and selling his own homes, has afforded him a sensitivity towards his clients’ journeys.He lives in the Hollywood district of Northeast Portland with his wife Jennifer and their cat Marley. When he isn’t helping clients, you may spot him biking to one of the cities’ best restaurants, or at a local record store looking to add to his collection.
