- Provide leadership & alignment across multi-disciplinary teams within the org (Product, Program, Engineering, Design)
- Manage teams of cross-functional software engineers, provide support/mentorship in professional development (On/Offsite)
- Developed and own the product quality strategy across multiple software client platforms (QA, Regression, Automation)
- Converged and maintain the software automation pipeline/process supporting 10+ applications (CI/CD, iOS, Android, Web)
- Responsible for maintaining legal compliance & policies, customer privacy disclosures and company data practices (Privacy, PII)
