CurrentThe “Connected Living” team brings the power of broadband and connectivity to the homes of 20+ million customers. The cornerstone of the Technology & Product Experience is to deliver incredible speed and coverage (WIFI) throughout the “smart home” in a complete, easy and secure way. As an engineering leader, my primary responsibility is to build quality product features & deliver them into the hands of our users.• Provide leadership & alignment across multi-disciplinary teams within the org (Product, Program, Engineering, Design)• Manage teams of cross-functional software engineers, provide support/mentorship in professional development (On/Offsite)• Developed and own the product quality strategy across multiple software client platforms (QA, Regression, Automation)• Converged and maintain the software automation pipeline/process supporting 10+ applications (CI/CD, iOS, Android, Web)• Responsible for maintaining legal compliance & policies, customer privacy disclosures and company data practices (Privacy, PII)• Created and own the product release strategy & collaboration across all stakeholders/teams (Release Management/Deployment)• Developed engineering best practices, disciplines & operating principals in a Scaled Agile organization (Spotify model) • Manage departmental budget(s) for vendor/supplier contracts, enterprise/tool licenses & other operating expenses
