In his role he leads a global team of Program Managers based across Europe and North America who are tasked with scoping, planning & delivering a portfolio of strategic initiatives & continuous improvement programs across a complex multi-region vendor landscape. Prior to his current role, Shane spent several years leading Sales Operations for Meta's advertising business in Northern Europe. In this role, he acted as an Advisor & Business Partner to Senior Sales leaders at VP/Director levels. During his time in this role, Shane was hands-on leading several critical strategic programs helping evolve the sales & go-to-market strategy, introduce a commission based compensation model, redefined client segmentation & tiering, introduced sales forecasting and led several new market entry/expansion initiatives. He also led an ops/analytics team who supported core business operations for SMB/Mid-Market across the EMEA region. Shane developed a deep understanding of how the Ad driven business model works & how to build/operate/scale Inside Sales organisations which serve multiple markets/languages using a centralised location strategy.PAST - Prior to Tech, Shane worked as a Manager in Accenture's Management Consulting practice. As a Consultant, Shane worked with clients in the Banking & Financial Services verticals.
