As Product Manager HR I am responsible for all services offered by our Motion SaaS platform. The Motion platform is a modern and user friendly HR SaaS application for non-profit and profit organisations that want to reduce their time spent on administrative duties to have more time available for finding, and maintaining the right personell.

Product Owner of Motion HR Software at Centric:- Gathering user feedback & mapping customer journeys- Providing the international SCRUM-team with a backlog that contains spot-on User Story's- Translating the product roadmap to real software - Maintaining the highest quality of software together with the Architect(s).- Approval & creation of User Story's, Non-functional requirements and the UX design

Coordinator Mobile app development at the Centric division HR&Payroll solutions. In this role i am responsable for managing the development process by guiding a small team of developers and testers. Other tasks include creating the design specifications and setting up the deployment process of the mobile app.

Afstudeerstage bij Centric IT solutions. Voor Centric IT Solutions doe ik onderzoek naar de integratie van mobiele applicaties met bestaande software pakketten. Hieruit komen zaken als beveiliging van mobiele applicaties, business case ontwikkeling en het inpassen in de huidige applicatie architectuur aan bod.
