Developed 4 separate wind energy sites with 75MW of potential in the south of Chile in the Region of Los Lagos Chile.Sold company assets and exited to Patagonia Wings aka Sealand.

• Managed the Latin American Technical Services team responsible for all technical related activities relating to wind farm development, construction and operations.• Interacted across several teams internally and was responsible for taking key projects from the development phase through to construction and delivery• Interacted extensively with key technical governmental and utility personnel to facilitate the construction and delivery of projects within Chile• Involved in shaping ongoing strategy and direction for business in Chile • Part of the Chilean Senior Management team • Managed the Chilean wind analyst team.• Developed a 1000MW pipeline for Mainstream over a 2 year period in Chile

• Managed the Chilean wind analysis team in all wind energy based activities for Latin America• Managed the site search and site selection process for the Chilean wind business• Trained local developers in both technical and strategic requirements for developing wind farms in Chile• Conducted extensive research into specific wind based phenomenon unique to Chile with the University of Chile. • Held a key role in guiding the growth, development and direction of the business from its inception in Chile in April 2009

• Managed a team of 3 in all wind energy based activities for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland• Managed a site specific measurement campaign for all Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland sites • Was responsible for fully training several new resource assessment team members• Extensive contract negotiation and turbine supplier negotiation in relation to turbine placement, curtailment strategies, energy capping, quantification of effect of vibration sensor use, etc• Produced a large number of full energy production estimates for both Airtricity sites and acquisition sites • Designed layouts based on the optimal wind regime• Worked in the US for 2 months upgrading the data coverage from all of the Airtricity masts. • Involved in general Wind Analysis activities and everyday interaction with developers • Involved in management of sub-contractors for mast erection and maintenance crews both in Ireland and the US.• Ensure all sub-contractor activities maintain stringent health and safety standards through use of frequent mast audits both during operation and erection• Have programmed a set of data cleaning tools that have significantly reduced the time needed to produce a full EPE.• Have worked in three separate sub sections of the Airtricity Wind Analysis Group, the Irish team, the US team and with the C.A.T (central analysis team) in Bristol.

During my time on the Airtricity Graduate Development program i worked in several keys areas including wind farm construction and wind farm development. Some of the highlights of this work are given below:• Was involved in bringing the Bin Mountain wind farm in Ireland to Financial Close• Project managed the contract preparation and negotiation for the Knockastanna wind farm also within Ireland.• Was involved in a large Due Diligence process of a possible English company (Ridgewind) acquisition, • Was involved in the largest bid tender process ever undertaken by Airtricity for several Forestry Commission sites in Wales. Airtricity was among only 3 out of 10 bidders who managed to secure a site in this process.• Was involved in the day to day management of several development consultants based in England and Wales, • Produced several bid entries for smaller sites including a 12MW site (Baggots Park) and a string of smaller development sites from Somerset County Council which Airtricity won
