I also provide instruction, demonstration and assist children in technique and skill development.My task is to engage in face to face communication with parents and caregivers, as needed. I provide relief assistance to other Get Active Sports centres. I also perform cash handling, flyer distribution and other administration duties, as required. My duty is to regularly coordinate coaches across various centres. I emphasise skills development including safety, fair play and sportsmanship. I also engage in preparation of equipment and stock take activities. Finally, I set realistic and age-appropriate expectations for practising children. Key Achievements:- Successfully personally distributed flyers to over 280 schools and childcare centres; which attributed to record intake numbers for term 3 of 2020.- Consistently and continuously demonstrated patience working with children and support and encouragement for kids.- Efficiently engaged in face to face communication as a coach and telephone communication as a coordinator.- Successfully exhibited knowledge and demonstration skills of sports: Aussie Rules, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer and Cricket.
