I stood up and led a diverse development team in the design, development, and implementation of a full service, web based, ERP solution named OmnipriseERP. The product included a number of modules including Finance, Customer Relations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Manufacturing Resource Planning, and Performance Management.• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ERP department to include budgeting, handling employee matters, project planning, and execution of company policy.• Coordinated and conducted customer meetings to review upcoming portions of the system and to train users on newly online components.• Applied my knowledge of ERP, both in general and specifically related to my project, in sales meetings to assist the sales department in reaching their goals.• Produced and update project timelines (MS Project, Excel) and documentation, wrote software help files, and assisted in the design and planning of sales materials.• Personally programmed a web based ERP Administration System (with a PHP/MySQL Backend) that was used to facilitate communication among the team and to handle bug reporting to include bug tracking, code management, SVN support, dynamic system updating capabilities, software licensing/sales, and customer concern/error reporting.• Assisted in the design, layout, and initial implementation of the system UI as well as defined ongoing UI goals while performing usability tests periodically throughout the system.
