Technologist, developer, artist, history buff, old school philosopher, gadget nut, wanna be anthropologist; that would sum up Shane Kempton.Since graduating college with a degree in philosophy & religion he's spent the last 20 years designing, developing and implementing software. He began his career during the internet boom, and has focused on web development from the start.From large scale enterprise management software implementations, to multi-million dollar online banking platforms, to simple web tools, Shane has a wealth of experience using technology to improve how people work and play. In his current role as Phase 2 Interactive’s Chief Technology Officer, he employs this experience by bringing together people, processes, and technology to create beautiful software.When he's not creating technology, Shane is a voracious reader, consuming books on pretty much any topic he can find, from Victor Davis Hanson's "Who killed Homer" to Charles Forts "Book of the Damned".
