Shan En has a strong passion in data analytics and technology. As an economics graduate, Shan En enjoys the challenge of critical thinking in analyzing market flows and analyzing worldwide events. He also believes in excelling in everything he engages in as well as improving on personal experiences and skill-sets. Shan En has also found a great passion for technology, and consistently upgrades his tech skillsets through external courses and on-job experience. He joins working with data, as well as improving and enhancing processes through intelligent automation.Shan En is also an outgoing individual who delights in interacting and grooming individuals to their fullest potential. This makes him a great team player, and equips him with holistic management skills in any situation with others. This is apparent in the various leadership roles he has undertaken, especially during his active national service in training commanders and troopers for the betterment of Singapore's military base security, where he received both the Commanding Officer Coin and Regimental Sergeant Major Coin for outstanding performances. Shan En enjoys reading in his free time, and playing sports like Tennis and soccer.
