Managed and owned the developer focused product CumulusCI, an open-source suite of tools developed from within Salesforce.org.• Exponentially expanded the breadth and depth of CumulusCI’s footprint (from 2 to 20) within industries at Salesforce. Built and launched the integration between Elevate (the online payment/donation platform) and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) (the company’s flagship non-profit offering).• Worked across clouds, platforms, and products to deliver on the general availability release and subsequent major releases from original proof of concept as part of the Cross Cloud Solutions team. • Provided product direction, backlog, and release priorities for a full-stack Scrum team.• Collaborated with product and engineering stakeholders to plan for development capacity and resources. • Inherited the data ingestion engine for NPSP and led the delivery of product features, which enabled new system capabilities. Led software engineering efforts and partnered with Product Management (PM) to plan, direct, and oversee the build and development of the company’s portfolio of integration offerings. Managed a distributed team of software engineers, QA analysts, and UX designers.• Reorganized and expanded the team to better focus on existing and emerging products, which enabled the company’s flagship product (ImportOmatic) to rank as the #1 integration engine for Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge solution. • Oversaw product discovery efforts for the company’s revolutionary cloud integration platform Omatic Cloud, which became a top-ranked software product for nonprofits.• Led architecture, infrastructure, and tech stack research and assessment for the new enterprise integration platform. Delivered proof of concepts (and trialed multiple cloud platform offerings and database architectures) to determine strategic technical direction. These efforts provided the groundwork for Omatic Cloud’s initial release. • Served as Technical Product Manager for the integration platform (Omatic Cloud) and Professional Services API offerings. This involved determining and prioritizing the client’s needs for system endpoints, creating and maintaining the story map and product backlog, and managing the development and delivery of new features and improvements.• Partnered with PM to plan product development and release strategies including resources for both existing and new products. Oversaw research and technical assessments for new features, endpoints, viability, and market capabilities.• Supported Sales and Professional Services to evangelize the integration platform (Omatic Cloud) and provide technical expertise. Presented solutions directly to clients to help close deals.• Served on the Extended Leadership Team to support the executive group and provide strategic product guidance.
