I was involved in the design of a wide range of projects through a wide range of sectors of the construction industry including healthcare, commercial and educational from initial concept stage, right through to handover. My main responsibilities included building load analysis, HVAC, sanitary plumbing and drainage and water reticulation design, feasibility reporting, preparation of tender documentation, attendance at design team and site meetings and snagging of systems. Key Projects:• 14 Show Place office refurbishment - improved the NABERSNZ building energy rating from a 2 star to a “Market Leading Performance” 5 star rated building.• Elastomer Products factory rebuild.• Millstream Hospital new build, 80 bedroom old age care facility.• Orana Wildlife Park Gorilla and Orang-utan Centre new build.• Airways ADC and Andy Herd chiller replacements.• Blackwells Holden and Mazda showrooms.• Numerous other multistorey commercial and retail buildings as part of the Christchurch rebuild,
